I just think giving the C to Dez will help him mature even more. Whether he's late or not, one thing we should all be able to agree on is he is all about the team. I think giving him such a position within the locker room would be his impetus to step up and lead, further, by example, X. And players naturally gravitate to him.

I view Dez as more like a first sargent. Just a bit too crazy to be a captain but he's the one
