Funny people here are worried about NY yet seems Eli has storm brewing over him I was reading write up saying Eli is the reason the Giants will not make the SB and I agree with them. Outside of Beckham making some spectacular plays Eli looks poor. As the writer said his passes do not have the zip to them as they did before and he is making rookie mistakes out there. I don't expect the giants to do much, their defense is good but it is not a dominating defense like Denver showed last season or Carolina.

Giants have basically clinched the 5 seed. The 6th, as of right now, looks to be between TB/Detroit.

1 is locked up. 2 will be Seattle unless they lost a game they shouldn't. Atlanta is looking like the 3, winner of Detroit/GB will be 4th. I'll go ahead and say that's GB right now

So it looks like the winner of GB/NY unless TB can beat Atlanta in Atlanta, which isn't impossible, but not likely.

Going to be hard for NY to go into Lambeau and get a W with that offense right now.

Tampa is starting an undfrafted right tackle out of division II this week who has never played. I am not sure i see them beating the saints or panthers.

They get takeaways though so that evens everything else out and helps you win.

Haha didn't know that. That hurts.

Yeah I just assumed Tampa because they have a tiebreaker with Detroit and I don't see Detroit winning either game. I think.

I think they'll win one out of 2, hard to tell. Carolina or the Saints could beat them. Brees has thrown some real bad games against good defenses this year though. I'm guessing his OL stinks.

Yea I don't think Eli is as good as he used to be. He doesn't scare me at all. As bad as Dak played against the Giants, Eli wasn't much better.

No matter who we play I feel our chances have improved over the last few weeks because the defence is playing very well, enough of a compliment for our offence.

The NFC championship game, SEA V DAL, DAL wins...

New York Giants are 3-4 on the road this year. The Giants teams that won Super Bowls in recent years did so as great road teams, especially late in the season.
In reality...they are simply throwing the ball too much...and Eli cannot play that clean. He has regressed since last year and, his td-int ratio is the same now as it was in 2011 (29-16 td-int), but with 1100 fewer passing yards. He was at a stellar 8.4 y/att in 2011...this year only 6.7 y/att...even with OBJ AND V Cruz, although Cruz is simply not the same player he was in 2011. The ONE thing that is saving their bacon is the play of their secondary. IMO, it is THE principle reason why they will make the playoffs this year. Their offense is an assemblage of talent that isn't playing as a team, and they don't seem to yet have the answer...especially not with Flowers at LT, and only one regular season game remains.

If the current trends on offense continue, then the defense will simply have to continue generating turnovers (and short fields), or they will be in a serious dog-fight every game...the type of "Garrett games" that can go either way on a key penalty or turnover late. They absolutely have to get a handle on the penalties...BUT playoff defenses will certainly force the o-line into committing said penalties, which emphasizes just how important having HFA is in regards to noise affecting the offense.

I think Atl will be the best to advance from the Wildcard so no ATL... I don't think GB's defense will hold up in the playoffs.

Giants are not going to Lambeau and beating the Pack in artic like conditions.............this aint 2007
