I don't even believe Dolphins would make this deal. If they will, then get it done quick.

He's a special teams player. Have you guys watched him play? You guys know how Lebron puts powder on his hands before each game to grip the ball? Well Ginn puts baby oil apparently on his hands because he can't catch for damn. Goodness.

And btw, we're blaiming Roy for Witten's play now?

Really this is how Cowboys would benefit off of a deal like this..

- Lower pay (meaning you could sign more valueable people)
- Awsome special teams returner.
- Possible another fast home-run hitting target for Romo.

Once again, The Roy Williams contract is not preventing Jerry from signing anyone. I don't know why people keep saying that. It just isn't. If Jerry wants someone he's going to get him. Romo doesn't need another home run threat. We have that in Austin. We have that in Felix. We need a possession guy. A guy who Roy is suppose to be. Hopefully he'll get there.

As far as awesome special teams returner that's about the only thing you benefit from Ginn. He's a good special teams guy. But I think Felix is as well and Crayton has two punt return td's in two straight games. I guess my point is you don't need Ginn.

No thanks. Ginn can't catch.

Did anyone hear Ditka's interview with Mike and MIKE via cell phone? They were discussing the Dolphins win over the Jets and Ditka said that although Ginn Jr. is a talented return man, he is an awful WR. :D

Harsh, but true at this point. I would still take Roy Williams over Ginn Jr. This Roy Williams trashing reminds me of the Marcus Spears trashing a couple of seasons ago.

Not really the same situation at all - DEs production/contribution in a 3-4 defense isn't easy to appreciate as they do alot of dirty work to free things up for the LBs. So they often don't make a huge amount of tackles and get very few sacks.

Production from a WR is usually pretty obvious - catches, yards, firstdowns, touchdowns. There is a smaller component which is due to blocking in the running game but a WR's contribution from blocking is smaller than most of the other position for the offense and that is why it is a somewhat underrated skill.

Sitting in the stands of as baseball game, when the home town pitcher gives up a couple of runs, the fans scream to change the pitcher. Invariably some fan questions the intelligence of the manager and wonders out loud why he wouldn't stop the bleeding.

Sometimes the fans are correct. A new pitcher could have shored up an inning and won the game. But mostly they aren't . They don't know all the inside information on each player. Who is tired from pitching recently. There is a lot of information the fan just does not see.

I see this thread the same way. fans reacting without thinking.

This is not all RW11's fault. This is not all Romo's fault. They both share in this.

RW11 can catch passes. he has good hands. Romo can throw good passes.

But they are out of sync somehow.

But to want to trade RW for Ginn is over-reaction.

Is there a difference between not catching and not producing?

I'm not saying I would make trade, just throwing that out there.

At this point , The Commanders "Water Boy". would be better.
Bench him and put in Crayton.
See how soon he finds his groove.

Stop the whinning.
We don't need another TO:bang2:

Ginn sucks as a receiver.
