He's bringing the pain tonight. His play is otherworldly. He is a widowmaker.

'bout time!

Great to hear, he needs to be consistent this year. I can't stomach to many games like Seattle. He was just atrocious.

I'd like to bump this since the game is over. When the rest of you guys get to watch Roy play on the re-broadcast...you will be amazed. At one point he split a double team block when he was blitzing and tackled the RB 2 yards deep in the backfield. He also had to run about 15 yards from behind to make the play.

And thats not even to mention the completely cruel and heartless hits he put on receivers tonite....Just an outstanding game, and what all of us expect out of him this year back in his natural position.

You didn't mention he jarred the ball loose from that tight end's hands into Dat's for the interception. Oh yeah, he also ripped off the helmet of one of the Texan's receivers during a little fight. The beast of the NFC East is back!

In the post game show, he said he told their(Houston) sideline that he was going to try and knock somebody out, because he thought the scuffle was f'ed up, when the guy came back after him. That's what I'm talking about. Like their (defensive units) shirts say -Prove It. He did tonight.

Bad Attitude was just trying to stir something up. The word 'agenda' comes to mind.

For a Top 10 pick, he's really not asked to do much in terms of responsibility. He doesn't have to lead an offense like a quarterback. He's not asked to cover Randy Moss one on one like a cornerback. Or keep Dwight Freeney in check like a left tackle. Roy is allowed to freelance, and there's really no way to point to him and say "Wow, Roy really had a bad game" because he's not really held accountable for anything. Run defense will be charged to the front 7. Pass coverage is blamed on the CB's & FS, or maybe even the D-line for not providing pass rush. When Roy's burned in coverage, people claim that its not his fault since that's supposedly not what he's supposed to do.

So, I'm happy that Roy is making plays ... its really the only thing he's ever held accountable for. Its a nice luxory for him.
