If shaky memory serves, Urlacher ran a 4.5 and Ware ran a 4.65

Dexter could beat both of them on one leg.

That goes with out saying. I still don't know how Dex was able to hide that red cape. :D

And to think we let him walk and go to St Louis. We could have traded him and a 4th round pick for someone valuable.

I think ware has a quicker first step but Urlacher is faster once he gets going.

does it matter?

there were tons of guys faster at RB and WR than Emmitt, Irvin and Rice...but those 3 guys are all-timers

both are fast as hell, Urlacher faster, but I'd say Ware is more explosive

and yeig, Ware was a WR going into his freshman year

He ran a 4.4.

He posted the fastest 40 by a middle linebacker I have heard of and outran most of the DBs.

He is faster than Roy Williams and Patrick Watkins.

He is very similar to Darren Woodson and thus is also extremely good.

Only a 4th for Dex? If can get a 2nd or 3rd for Ellis with a bad leg we could get at least a 1st for Dex.

:D

Ware's best time was reported as 4.52(his other time was 4.56), Merriman was a 4.65 guy.
