Who's in Favor of bringing back the old Kick Off?

The new way is better, it will just take time for teams to adapt. It actually challenges teams to strategize how they want to handle the kickoff and forces kickers to be accurate instead of just booting it through the endzone.

The old way, but it'll never happen because of concussions.

I actually like the new way, at least compared to having every kick be a touchback, but they need to simplify where they spot the ball. Too many conditions and possible starting points.

But, since we think the old way was so violent, why not have the players kick off with a balloon and wear bras? It's called Sarcastaball!

Put my vote in as I just don't care. Mostly I ignore KOs. I can always rewind if something actually happens.

The only thing I really miss is the opening kickoff. It was a much better visual, especially in big games to have the old rules. Still I think what we have now is better than the kickoff basically being an empty play with most of them going for TBs. I lean more towards the NFL tweaking the current rule than going back to old ways. Maybe you push the landing zone back 10 yards? I really just want to even the playing field so offenses arent starting out a first down from FG range so often.

Old way. And even if they don't go back to the old way, they have to move the ball back to the 20 again. JFC, spotting it on the 35 is ridiculous. We have numerous kickers routinely making 60+ yarders now. That means the offense has to go 15ish yards for them to be in range. That's absurd.

I know the whole young generation needs points 24/7 to stay tuned in but this a game of both offense and defense. I can see them doing away with the kickoff and starting at half court in another 5 years.

I can't stand the current Kick Off way! So do you like the old way or the new way?
Concussions on kickoffs are down 43% from the 2021-23 seasons.
I ain't a fortune teller but I'd suggest getting used to it!

Touchbacks to the 20. With the kickers today it makes it too easy

and as regards the absolute BS as regards onside kicks, that is such gabage. Can only do it in the fourth and only twice and YOU HAVE TO WARN THE OTHER TEAM!

I don't like it because drives more often than not are starting on the 30+ yard line now. One first down and you're already teetering on field goal range with modern kickers now. Offenses need to be challenged more. But I get it for ratings/points being scored.
