Just about all of the worthy Cowboys have been mentioned, so Just to tack on to my post total I will comply with the OP request and list a player from the east, however, not a cowboy.

Carlos Rogers - This kid really came a long way last season but did not get nearly the amount of recognition he deserved. If the guy can catch 1 out of every 3 balls that hits him in the hands he will have a stellar season and will get the proper recognition, because of his INT total.

will lead the NFL in special teams tackles and touchbacks, will be the NFC rep as special teamer

Will break an opposing players' arms off, detach his intestines and fasten them together for a jump-rope.

I disagree, Chris Johnson is the one who really broke out last year and I want Felix to do the same this year.

Felix looked better then Johnson before he got hurt

Yeah, he's a great cover corner. We've been waiting for him to learn to catch for five years now though, so I'm not holding my breath. It is what it is.

You know Jason Hatcher is a good reach. Not sure if he will breakout or not, but he sure has shown flashes.

Julius is not awful, but fair enough: I can buy the point that Julius looks good too in his rookie year. Still, I think Felix's speed is a difference maker.

But Spencer will turn in Bobby Carpenter? Please. Spencer has already shown a lot more than Bobby Carpenter. He actually played well.

I seriously wonder if some of you actually the watched the games last year. I don't think you do. I've literally seen the logic "In his 2nd year, Spencer was not as good as Ware, therefore he is a bust like Carpenter."

It's beyond simple-minded.

8 sacks is good enough to be the 13th highest total in the league last year.

So your point is that he has to be 13th or else he sucks.

Brilliant. Really. Breath-taking.

What planet is this?

Spencer has been groomed the last two years to take over for Ellis.....HELLO?

What exactly are your expectations for this 3rd year player then...if any?

Oh nevermind, let's just settle for mediocrity and give Spencer a pass while he adjusts to full time duty....MORE BRILLIANT!

Chris Johnson was impressive, putting up the 8th best total in the league. But again, we get another "if you aren't awesome than you suck" point. According to you, Felix has duplicate Chris Johnson's amazing success or else you claim he won't have broken out. That's just silly and crazy binary thinking of awesome or suck.

It's so painful to see this kind of stuff.

Felix returned a kick for a TD.
He only really got the ball in three games, and his rushing stats were:
9 for 62, 6.9 avg, 1 TD
6 for 76, 12.7 avg, 1 TD
9 for 96, 10.7, avg, 1 TD

So, if one extrapolated those numbers, to 16 games, he would have had:
128 carries, 1248 yards, 9.75 avg, 16 TDs.
I'd consider that great, even better than Chris Johnson numbers.

But odds are he won't be that successful. I'll take 1000 all-purpose yards and 10 TDs.

I claimed nothing of the kind...pleeeeze!

Johnson simply realized his rookie potential by playing in all 16 games and Jones didn't....nothing more.

Umm. extrapolated to 16 games?

This is what's really painful to see and just sad IMO.

Sure, let's put up some imaginary numbers and just downplay the fact, that Jones missed 10 games as a rookie. Why don't we extrapolate Romo's three missed games and turn last year's team into a playoff team who goes 10-6 and blah, blah, blah. As far as matching Johnson, Jones must first play a full season and then we'll talk. Once again, settling for mediocrity is not something I like to do. 1,000 all purpose yards sounds great, but I'm already expecting that kind of output from Jones.

Heck, I thought we all were.
