Why am I so nervous about Saturday?

I guess I should be confident about having to play the Eagles for a third time in the playoffs, especially considering the thumping we just gave them and the fact we're at home in a rockin' new stadium.

Yet, all I can think about is 2007 and losing to the giants, a year in which we swept them in the regular season. The more times you play a team, the more opportunities you give them to find ways to beat you, which is exactly what the giants did.

Don't get me wrong, I'm riding high on this team just as much as anyone right now, I just hope Wade and Garrett have one more trick up their sleeve.

Same reason why about half of this forum is nervous, including myself. I can't believe how jumpy I am and can't sleep. LOL. Over a damn game that I am not even a part of. LOL. Is what it is.

Anyhow, you are nervous because we have seen this movie before with this team. We are just praying for a different ending. This team needs to excel and not revert back to playing to the competition's level of talent and shooting themselves in the foot. That is just what some of us are waiting for. We can't help it. It is what it is. We don't want that to happen. We are hoping that the Cowboys FINALLY finish off a team that has no business being on the field with them. This team should be in the playoffs, in the Super Bowl.

Question is, can they stay consistent, and keep going the way they are for the next 3 weeks. God I hope so, but, still don't know.


That is why I am nervous.

I'm confident but I'm also very nervous. I just wanna win this sooo bad. I can see this team doing great things but will it happen? Will we not shoot ourselves in the foot. I believe but I've seen crazy things happen too. (bobbled snap anyone?)

This would be quite the accomplishment for any franchise in this scenario.

Its not going to be easy but the more people who doubt Dallas the more focused Dallas is.

I dont know why to be honest..Im just riding off the fact that we've been "exercising the demons" and myths of past years. They said we couldnt go into New Orleans and win, they said we cant win in December, they said we cant win the big game, they said we havent won a season finale in 9 years, etc.. this just feels like the year we get it done
