Why can't I post new threads?

Why am I not allowed to post any new threads on Cowboys forum?
It says at the bottom of THIS page that I CAN post new threads, but at the Cowboys Forum, on the bottom of the page, it say I may NOT post new threads, and that I may NOT post attachments. Why is this? Have I done something wrong, somehow?

You can only start new threads in the fan zone.

You can post new threads in the Fan zone and other zones.

Just not the daily zone.

That is for Mods and Admins.

We try to keep that section just for articles, recaps and well written posts.

In that case we see those in one area and move them to the Daily zone.

Only admins and mods can create threads in the daily zone but everyone can reply.
