They have to win the next three, or it's over. That should be their thinking.
Should have dawned on them well before now.

I don't think it's ever helpful to criticise your employees in public. Those are team issues that should be handled in private, and in a way designed not to embarrass or ridicule, but to challenge. These guys have to stay solid and believe in each other, support each other, go to war together.
The battle is tough enough without people in your own organization sniping at you from all angles.

i agree somewhat to that, i am sure that jason has tried to get carr, tyrone, rolando to play better but as we have seen hasnt done any good, so something else needs to be done, i am thinking that jerry jones who pays the players needs to get in their faces, demand more,I don't think it's ever helpful to criticise your employees in public. They just got out-quarterbacked. This isn't about effort or realizing their situation.

I disagree. I think there is still the lingering effect of waiting for rescue.
One thing that holds true is not getting more playing time to players that are making plays. How long is it going to take to get Irving on the starting defensive line? The guy made plays after plays last night. So why does it always take an injury for a young guy to get his shot?
Yes. I'd like to know why our staff has been very slow to make these moves that are obvious.

They've played Butler and Rod Smith on short notice this season, tool. Benched Leary for Collins. Or Wilcox for Jones. Or Patmon for White. They're not slow to make changes. What happens, I think, is fans see young players making plays and then wonder why they haven't seen it sooner. Or seen more of it.
I hardly think Butler, Smith and White are ripple moves that might get anyone's attention. Not even Collins or Jones for that matter since they were prized rookies. And no, Randle does not count since he had issues well above and beyond that made him sit and eventually get cut.
Benching a McClain would make that kind of statement but there are no options thanks to the injuries from the other night.
With Romo, they're 6-2 at worst.
