Am I the only one that can't stand reading "text" speak on a message board?

There's something about the word "ur" that totally annoys me.

Simple: Cowboys weren't going to pay $4mil/yr for him. And any RB drafted in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th round this year will likely be better AND cheaper.

I actually thought Julius was a decent RB for the Cowboys and will be a decent RB for the Seahawks. I wish the Cowboys could have signed him but I think it is sometimes better for JJ and the Cowboys to part. The Cowboys will find a better RB in the draft and JJ will perform better in Seattle. Good deal for both teams. I just hope JJ doesn't run well vs the Cowboys.

see . the time when he was drafted until he signed with the seahawks and you will get a good idea.

the running into piles instead of around them im throwing out there has the biggest reason...

They didn't resign him cause they didn't believe he was worth 3 million a year as a backup...and I totally agree that he's not.

I hold no ill will toward Jones. Some guys just don't pan out. Sometimes it's just the wrong combination of things that don't let a guy find his groove.

Look at Priest Holmes: 2,102yds his first 4yrs in Baltimore, then 5,482yds his next 4yrs in KC.

It happens. I hope he finds success in Seattle...'cept when we play them of course hehe

True. Exactly the reason why we didn't resign Jacques Reeves also. Excellent point.

not "why not do it", but "why do it".

if there were compelling reasons to sign the guy, JJ would have found a way to get it done.

Because he sucked. Have you already forgotten that feeling of doom you had everytime you realized he was in the game because you knew Dallas was going to have to punt and then that sense of relief you felt whenever Barber came back in. Thats why Jones is gone.

As far as I am concerned... he was here a year too long... maybe 2 years
