Why do we continue to enable these headcases?

None of your examples have proven me wrong. I'll concede David Irving, but you used Rolando McClain as an example of the system working. It's hard to take you seriously.

Rolando McClain is a perfect example of a free agent gamble that teams should be making. No contract guarantees, minimum salary, and high upside. He has produced for the Cowboys, and does bring to the playing field, good talent.

If one is expecting more than potential there, with someone who had legitimate questions as to resolve to play in the NFL, then that is on him...not the team's direction chosen.

Dez is now suing his Cowboys approved handlers and the situation seems to be deteriorating. Either way, he never had any legal issues before he got here. The worst thing he did before joining the organization was lying about eating lunch with Deion Sanders. You realize the Pacman Jones situation just proves my point, right? This organization was unable to reign him in. They released him after he got into an altercation with his Cowboys approved babysitters.

Yea, one is probably correct...he beats women and puts babies on the grill...no integrity what-so-ever. He got injured last season...go figure the 'natural' short fuse here.

Those aren't really great examples. After Parcells left, TO divided the locker room and was unceremoniously released. If I remember right, he was fired via cocktail napkin. Josh Brent was arrested for DUI in college and then killed his best friend while driving drunk. I forgot about the whole Jay Ratliff situation right after, where he got drunk and plowed into an 18 wheeler, and then strong armed the team and refused to play. Pacman was released after he got into a physical altercation with the team assigned bodyguard.

When has Orlando Scandrick ever been tied to anything but popping a molly once? David Irving? He's barely on the team? Did you seriously just point to the Rolondo McClain signing as a sign that the Cowboys "system" is working? :lmao2::lmao2:

You must be smoking the same stuff Randy Gregory is smoking.

Oh, this MUST be on target...with predictions right now are that the Dallas offense will be among the most productive in the NFL...absolute recklessness and misconduct by organization, alright.
