Why does every team in the leauge use the pick play but us?

Garcon is getting a TE pick on almost every single play. We pretty much don't ever use it. I know its illegal but if they are never going to call it why not use it till they show that they are going to use it.

it's just one of many plays that the backward teams of the league insist on calling -- including slants, ins, successful screens, physical man coverage on defense, etc.

the rest of the league hasn't caught up to us yet.
