This off season, the Rams signed Suh, Marcus Peters, and Talib in free agency
    Guess what? It’s working..........

It seems their roster/team building strategy is light years ahead of ours.

    :dance::dance::dance:

There are NFL fans out there right now who are disappointed with their team’s start to the 2018 offseason. Whether it was talent lost, talent gained, or the contractual implications that ultimately impact the organization for this year and beyond, there is undoubtedly an entire fan base out there that is not satiated. They wanted more for, or from, their team.

But that is not the case for Los Angeles Rams’ fans, where there’s more excitement than downtime.

Players are being traded, picks are being shuffled, pro bowl players are being acquired, atrocious contracts are being discarded or reworked, and they are already on the books for compensatory picks in 2019. It seems as though every day in March a Rams’ fan could wake up and just feel the excitement.

Goodbye Robert Quinn, Alec Ogletree, and Trumaine Johnson. No love lost, and best of luck to you in your new homes. But hello Marcus Peters, Aqib Talib, Sam Shields, and Ndamukong Suh.

Consider it addition by subtraction. And what the Rams have added this offseason isn’t something they’re hoping to build upon for a future run deep into the postseason. It’s predicated on a Super Bowl run in 2018.

I thought an influx of all those personalities would cause issues, but after seeing this fox game day report on the Rams.....man

Loc, you should still be able to edit the thread title yourself.

I think it takes about 15 minutes for that option to expire.

They tried to get Mack and were planning on unloading him in the offseason. Chicago just put together a better package. They are going all in.

But the Cowboys don’t do it because their process is supposed to be building a long term SB contender instead of a one hit wonder. They are just failing miserably as doing that.

Oh really? I didn’t know that. I think it might be a zone supporter option?

They were ready for the gap fillers, the players who can put you over the top. They already had a great DLine and OLine, two staples of a contender. Found a good QB and RB, so just needed to fill in the gaps. Good S's also.

We have what was a good OL, gaps in the DL, no S's, and questions at QB.

Ok I’m actually on board with you here but in the off-season, our Oline looked good because Frederick wasn’t sick yet, the “hotboys” were gonna kick but on the Dline, and Dak was our franchise QB ( various articles about Steven and Jerry getting the mone6 ready for Dak)

No, everyone can edit their own posts for about ten minutes or so before it becomes locked and then only a mod can alter it.

Look at the bottom left of any of your posts and you will see what options are allowed depending on when the post was made.

If you click edit on the original post, does it allow you to then change the title?

I rarely start threads, so I don't remember ever doing it.

The problem is this team thinks it can coach up players with their staff of former HCs like Linehan and Marinelli.

Therefore they choose players with less cost and try to put their system in place to get results.

    It's not working.
