Why don't Cowboys use WR Bunch Formation?

why don't we have our front 7 in a big cluster before the snap all the time?(we did it against the rams on one play,bears,pats) I think we are holding back on a lot of plays because we don't have to use them yet. the playoffs will bring out the confusion for opposing teams. BOOK IT!

Romo will throw a flea flicker to Hurd
Romo will do fake kneel down
Three tight ends in bunch formation, T.O. alone on the other side.
