What has he done? Except won 3 superbowls. Sure we won a playoff game ETC ETC ETC that all sports anchors pleasure themselves on saying, he has tried whatever it takes... He wants to win... Ahh nevermind this post.. You guys that want him gone, want TO gone also, yet both are probably the most hungry on this team. TO/Jerry bashers love themselves some Wade and Campo, and average WR's.

Then there's the ridiculous "running back commitee" We can just bomb it to Austin because he's fast LMAO!!! Lets lose TO, lose Jerry, and have an unproven RB commitee approach and not have a proven winner in TO.

So if Jerry and Lil T aren't the problem or part of, then what is in your mind? Running back by commitee is?

BTW The positions Wade and Campo have and have had are products of Jerry's decisions! FYI!

Who do I think the problem is? The entire coaching staff.

The coaching staff is my answer as well, however, it was put together or allowed to remain by Jerry. He is ultimately responsible.

Couldn't find a thread to post it in...

Looked at the clock, and figured out that its about time to sign off, but you are itching to find a thread...

Last resort, a Jerry thread. It's a stretch, wasn't supposed to be funny.. But what the heck, someone might beat you to it tonight so claim it with my thread. LAME.

Oh and here is the imaginary LMAO Airplane It's amused...

See it right here...

I have a saying that I resort to when I have lost ( or never had ) the power to decide or change something. "It is what it is." I am very passionate about the condition or state of the Cowboys. I am powerless but to except the saying as truth. It is what it is! Jerry's fault, T.O's fault, Wade's fault. It matters not! Good or bad, I'll be there with my sons cheering them on and loving it! Oh, and I know the saying is not mine. I just like saying it is!

I don't want Jerry gone, but I do wish he'd back his coaches over players at VR and in the media. It can cause a situation that we have now.....inmates running the asylum.

You do realize the Cowboys haven't won a playoff game in 12 years, right? And within that 12 year period, Jerry Jones has been the only constant, and he's had the final say in the vast majority of football matters. Therefore, the onus of blame falls squarely on his shoulders.

In the end the head of any organisation is and should be responsible for the failure to achieve their goals. So, yes he is responsible.

This coaching staff has only been in place for 2 years. The Cowboys haven't won a playoff game in 12 years. Would you care to explain the other 10 years of mediocrity?

just like when you're defending 81 you got excuses for everything. Jerry should change the team name to the Dallas Excuses.

Who hired Dave Campo, Chan Gailey, and the other mediocre coaches? Who has consistently assembled teams that are incapable of winning in the postseason?

Do you honestly think that some unforeseen external force is forcing Jerry into these awful hires and acquisitions?

The Captain of the ship is responsible when it hits the iceberg and sinks.
The Captain of the ship is responisble if it runs aground.
The Captain of the ship is responsible for everything that happens to and on that ship.
Jerruh is the captain and he is responsible for picking the HC. And final approval on all other coaches.
So MATT WHO ELSE IS RESPONSIBLE?

There is nothing wrong with the Dallas Cowboys. Jerry Jones is a masterful owner. Its business as usual at the ranch. I repeat, everything is fine.
