Why is TO tweeting that he's helping Roy??

I'm ashamed to admit that I do follow a lot of players "tweets," and even more so that Terrell Owens is one of them, but does anyone know why he's saying he's coming to Dallas...
"Goin 2 Dallas on an interim basis til sun 4 Roy til he gets better,I hope I still remember some of da plays!! Lol. I know the harvey route!"
Maybe this is yet another one of his really bad jokes (the guy is not funny on this thing ever,) which if that's the case, then that raises even more questions. I don't get it. I was unaware they were such good friends.
