Why Jaydon Blue has been a non-factor this year

He was actually good at Texas. They understood how to use him and when. He's a bit of a limited usage guy, a complimentary type of RB. You dont want him out there more than 10-12 touches a game.
I mean he’s a passing down back at best with pass pro issues and a fumbling problem. Sooo no, he wasn’t that good.

Nah ILL pass..

Apparently, it didn't fall on deaf ears because your keep responding, if you want something to die, let me give you a hint, just don't respond.. Too easy , if any of you want to end these debates, just stop posting..done

Glad I can help you out But I'm sorry that you're deaf I hope that gets fixed soon..

But if you all want to continue these I'll be right here because it's 9 pages deep and if you don't like my opinion too bad I'm not the one who started it maybe you should go to the original poster and say stop being redundant this is like the 4th anti blue post since The season started so I'm thinking I'll say what I want because I think it's ridiculous so I'm going to go beyond ridiculous with my responses...
You're surely the one who started it by the simple fact that I've been avoiding you, while you've seen fit to argue with my posts in a steady fashion. You insist upon being the victim, while you continue to find fault with my posts with no provocation from myself. Do us both a favor and choose to ignore me, just as I have done with you. I don't respond to you, and you don't respond to be would suit me favorably. I don't quote you posts to argue, unlike what you do to me.

Play the innocent victim if it suits you but whatever you claim to be the case, it's nothing other than a misrepresentation of the facts, otherwise known as lies. I have a right to post my opinions without responding to you or your interpretations of what you consider as facts. Nevertheless, you choose to start arguments anyway, then claim to being the victim of aggression. More falsified claims never existed. I'll continue to ignore you, just as I have in the past.

Meh…..

So…Why has Blue not been able to get on the field this year? Here are the reasons:
  • Questions arose in training camp and into the season about Blue’s commitment to improving and learning.
Major red flag.
5th Round Picks who aren't working it to improve and learn probably don't even finish their rookie contract.

The coach said about as much as you'll ever hear:

""Young players, it hits at different times. He’s extremely talented. … You have to earn your chance to get out there. There has to be consistency,"

"it’s likely Schottenheimer was referring to the nuances of the position."
I think Phil Mahfa will be contributing before Blue. Young is one thing, young with ego is generally not good and hinders talent.

When he was selected in round 5 of the 2025 draft, most Cowboys fans saw RB Jaydon Blue as a speedy weapon who would probably be at the very least a Swiss Army knife secret weapon. With almost 75% of the season over, Blue has barely played, much less showed what he was drafted to be.

So…Why has Blue not been able to get on the field this year? Here are the reasons:
  • Despite his speed, Blue’s college scouting report showed he had fumble issues and had major problems in pass protection. It’s why he lasted to round 5. He apparently has still struggled in the pass protection issues.
  • Blue does not play special teams. His size hurts him as a tackler/gunner and his fumble issues keep him from kickoff returns and punts.
  • Questions arose in training camp and into the season about Blue’s commitment to improving and learning.
  • The re-emergence of Malik Davis. MD plays STs, is decent is pass blocking and has shown a burst in spot duty behind Javonte Williams.
Blue still has time to get his act together. His talent is there. But he has been reminded that in the NFL, talent alone won’t get you on the field. He needs to show a commitment to learn the offense better (especially pass protection) and exhibit that he is willing to do whatever it takes.

The 2026 off-season and TC will tell us a lot about Jaydon Blue’s commitment.
Maybe the dude doesn't practice as well as the players in front of him......................

The fact that you bothered to reply with tis response....is very telling.

Like you felt compelled to tell everyone this? Weird.
Hey! Give him a break. It's only one word. You most likely will never see a post of his again with just one word, it has to be 845 words, and that is just a start! lol
