Why our offense has struggled lately

It seems we struggle against........ wait for it..................Good Teams! You're welcome for that insight.

But seriously, at the beginning of the season, we thought Chicago and the Panthers would be easy wins, but they have turned into 2 of the best teams in the NFC. They both beat us easily. Denver drilled us. Philly......... The only loss that wasn't to a playoff caliber team was Arizona, and they just own us. I think they have won 9 in a row against us. We only beat bad teams. Maybe that will change soon. Lord knows we have some tough teams coming up. We could easily lose 5 in a row starting next Sunday before hope returns with games against NY and Wash

Um didn't the Panthers beat the Cowboys on a last second field goal? In what universe is a 3 point win at the buzzer beating someone "easily?" The Cowboys hung 40 on Green Bay.. which has not fallen out of the top 5 in defense all year.. Frankly if the defense had even gotten off the bus in that game the Cowboys would have destroyed the Packers. Could we all just deal with the reality that the defense has stunk up the joint most of the year and the offense has failed to carry it in some games. Which is to be expected.. you're not going to hang 40 on good defenses. At least not very often... The Packers have given up more than 25 points ONE time all season.. and that was to the Cowboys. The good news is the Cowboys appear to now have a defense that can hold SOME offenses under 20. It's been like 3 years since we could say that. So on days when the offense doesn't have it we still might have a chance to win.

It has never happened. Even the Rams could never win it until they built their D(4th in the NFL)

I think I did the research on this a few years back and found that the lowest rated defense that has ever won it all was the '07 Giants. I think they were like 25th or 26th but then put it all together down the stretch and for the playoffs and were a completely different defense than what caused them to start out slow. I think a couple of their pass rush studs were out for a while and came back for the stretch run.

You really didn't answer the question, because defense has no impact on how the QB plays and Dak absolutely sucks in the play-offs and sucks against good defenses, despite haven't loaded talent on the offensive side of the ball. Like we have told you folks many times, the 49ers put up 19, "Dak", put up 12. "Dak" put up 17, the 49ers 23. What happened to the "league-leading" 30 PPG in the those games. So now, you didn't answer the question, s try again...

1. If the reason the Cowboys became a top offense was due to bottom feeders defense... why haven't other offenses that played against those SAME bottom feeder defenses managed to catapult their offense to the top like the Cowboys did?

And I don’t accept your answer, when you try and give credit to Dak for beating up on bad teams eiyh better rosters and sucking it up on the playoffs and good teams..
