Why the Dallas Cowboys will devour the Philadelphia Eagles
    https://thelandryhat.com/2018/12/06/dallas-cowboys-devour-eagles/

...Dear America – Cowboy Nation doesn’t care about your team, so excuse me for not realizing the little things within the division. For example, Cowboy Nation didn’t know the Philadelphia Eagles won back to back games for the first time this season with their victory over the Washington Redskins.

Simply put, some things never change. Example – The Dallas Cowboys are the greatest NFL franchise in the history of the universe. That’s a constant fact.

Here’s “another one” – in my DJ Khalid voice – Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwiches are horrible, especially when topped with Cheez Whiz. What in the world is Cheez Whiz anyway? Stop acting like a city full of terrorists and top your sandwiches with 100% Real American Cheese like we do in Dallas. Chant with me: U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!

A win is a win especially against a division opponent, but I doubt that the Eagles are full of confidence after beating a Redskins team that used Colt McCoy and Mark Sanchez – two backup quarterbacks. Sanchez had been on the Redskins roster for two weeks (he signed November 19th) and the Eagles defense let him pass for 100 yards in two quarters...

This is the week we make a statement
We beat the eagles and we become a true playoff contender
Lose and you are just another team that may sneak into the playoffs
    Time to roast some eagle

Cheez Whiz belongs in only one recipe only.
I buy 1 jar a year for Thanksgiving, it is only used in Broccoli, Rice, Cheese casserole.
    Nothing else.

Talk about a rah-rah homer article there. I'm sure during the Dave Campo years whoever wrote that, wrote the same homer stuff.

Pretty sure we already did that last time we played. Beating a 6-6 banged up Eagles team isn’t really making a statement IMO.

This Eagles team isn't very good.
That is why DAL beats them.
They have a very poor secondary and are struggling to block up front.
DAL LBs are better than the Philly RBs.

It is for this team right now.
Despite record, its a divisional game, against the current Lombardi trophy holder, so .., ya this is a big game, at this point in the season.
    Its a huge game.

Add to the fact you win tomorrow and the division is locked up with 1 win in the next 3 games

Meh, I don’t care what they did last year. They aren’t good this year and are a shell of last years team. Their secondary is loaded with guys from the practice squad, we’ll be able to exploit that.

Worse case scenario we lose and face the Colts who just lost 0-6 against patnetic Jacksonville, Tampa Bay who can put up points but are a mess and then the Gnats. They have to face to the Rams, Texans and Redskins. The only advantage they have is the Redskins and the other two teams aren’t even close.

We’ll be fine, I’d like to see them close it out this weekend and think they will but I won’t be the slightest bit worried if they lose. Their score against the Redskins was deceiving, they struggled against Mark Sanchez and Co. I’ll say it again, this Eagles team isn’t good and we have a much more favorable schedule because Roger Goodell loves us and wants us in the playoffs for ratings.

Incorrect. Every week, someone talks about how it’s a “must win” or “very important”. If we played the Rams and Texans next I would agree but we don’t and they do. They can win this game but they won’t win the division, I’m not even sweating it.

They’re an absolute mess of a team on defense right now, they will most likely lose tomorrow and if not they will most likely lose to the Rams and Texans. And if not, they will most likely lose to one of the two. In the meantime, we have another brutal gauntlet of the Colts, Tampa and the Giants

Agree, its not a must win game but a win tomorrow will ruin their chances of reaching the post season. I want Philthy fans to eat on that until next year.

Funny thing the last four weeks after the Titan lost, many fans are still having trouble believing the team is for real. I guess it understandable but you find much doubt in this corner. For the first time since the 90's, we have seen something in this team the last four weeks that's been missing for a long time. Playmakers, playmakers, and more playmakers.....scout the current elite teams ( Rams, Chiefs, Saints, Texans ) and notice a min two playmakers on both sides on the ball. These are the players you count on playing at high level EVERY WEEK and making other players around them better. Our playmakers?

Offense .......Zeke, Cooper and Zack Martin
Defense ......DLaw, Jaylon Smith, LVE and Byron Jones

What's interesting is Zeke, Martin, DLaw, and Jones have consistently played at a high level all year but it was manipulated a bit by Dak's inconsistency. Even more interesting is Cooper and LVE both entered the starting line-up around the same time and IMO changed to the whole dynamic of this team. Defense is now feeding off LVE and offense off Cooper. More importantly, Cooper has helped Dak regain some of his confidence where he's getting better and better each week.

Call me but I'm standing by it ........this team is now for real. We are this close to being a consistently elite team.
