Can you just imagine if we had shanahan coaching our team with all the firepower we have on offense.
This defense is far from the 85 bears but just the addition of Robert Salah would have improved US 10 to 12 spots.
At least he would have hired Eric Kendricks and we wouldn't have had to suffer through with Murray all season.
I'll go on record as saying if we had the 49ers coaching after the trade deadline we would have for sure made the playoffs.

Some fans blamed our players are not good enough. But the other team's coaches have their 3rd string player player better. There are many player played hard for DQ. But when Eberflop took over, suddenly our defense player can't play or even regressed. it is the mostly coaching issue. Eberflop loved to play Murray or Sanborn. These 2 player cost our games. and then the other player did not perform under him.

Better Franchise is clear; but Championship franchise remains to be seen without a HOF QB.

You could tell the players just did not respond to Eberfus.

They weren't buying into his system
I don't think he lost the locker room I don't think he ever was close to having it.

Everyone on defense just regressed with him as coordinator.

Just replacing him with somebody the team respects and will play for will be a huge improvement

Siriani is safe. He just won a Super Bowl and they’ve sacrificed Patullo to the gods for this seasons failure.

They’re already interviewing for OC which they wouldn’t do if there was a new HC possible

Some fans didn't pay attention to how many players we've lost since DQ was here!!!

Oh, and BTW, some fans didn't notice that WASH's D was worse than ours this year!!! UHOH, that shoots your DQ love all to hades!!!!!!!!!

He's basically a random Philly fan that wandered onto the sideline. Dude acts just like them, and doesn't seem to do anything more than them.

For sure the ever-present constant obstacle that must be worked around every year.

Unfortunately, negotiation is rarely effective in persuading someone to abandon a deeply held belief. Jerry is locked in making more and more billions at the expense of winning a 6th SB.
