I believe you are just frustrated like many Cowboy fans. This is a potentially a dominate team and we have only shown glimpses of our potential. We will get better as will Carpenter.

I won't argue that.

However I just have a hard time reading a title that we should trade our first round pick and take anything after it serious.

They put Ellis outside, and you bench Ellis they will have another distraction. Do you remember training camp? Also you have Burnett who I like. Carpenter will play next year, he will not be traded. I do think Ellis will be traded next year, and we will get more for him because he can play 2 positions.
