I am not so sure. Jerry is overly protective of Garrett but he's also not blind. He knows the claws are out for Garrett. So if Dez is telling Jerry the offensive blows, it might spur Jerry to go to Garrett and tell him, "Hey, you are still the HC, but we are bringing in a new OC who will handle the offense, his offense, not yours............."

At least that's my dream short of firing Garrett.

That's EXACTLY what I see happening. If Dez goes to Jerry, (whom Jerry loves btw), this may force his hand.

So Dez standing around looking at the game, not moving at all tells you Dez is fine? And Dez dropping a ball that 99% of the receivers would have caught is on the QB? And Dez fumbling the ball after crying like a baby on the sideline is the QBs fault? Not to mention the other dropped passes, some leading to interceptions in other games is the QBs fault? 1. There are issues with the scheme and play-calling.
2. He needs to take some accountability. He can't demand the ball all the time and then not come through, or even worse, turn it over.
3. If we were smart, we'd sell the idea of him taking a pay-cut as a way to get him more help versus some sort of penalty or judgement against his performance.
