His injury is day to day right now, myself I want to see him closer to 100% before sending him back out there. These type of injuries become nagging injuries all season long and I don't want to see that.

I think he will, because Parcells knows he could use Julius Jones against the Seattle Seahawks like he did last year and in preseason... This could be Julius Jones best game of the season... 200 yards? don't know..we'll see..

Bingo! If he's close, play him. But if he's not close to 100% let him heal, "see ya after the bye, JJ".

Ijust dont think JJ, knowing how big this game is for the team, going on the road, trying to extend it's win streak and stay on top of the NFC east will miss another game. this game is just to important, and he wont miss another.

I doubt he plays. If he still hasn't practiced, it's not good news. I think this injury is worse than most people realize.

I think the real question is, will he return before the bye.

Hello! High ankle sprain. Playing on it will hurt it more. A player at 75% and in debilitating pain is far more likely to fumble, not be productive, and find it harder to concentrate and thus more likely to make mental errors (i.e. miss blocking assignments, line up wrong, or jump offsides).

We need T2 to focus in practice this week because that's the only way he can get enough carries to give us a presence in the running game. Barber and Thomas aren;t enough of a threat to keep pressure off Drew and the passing game-- especially with Flo out.

Since you had that last birthday, I find myself agreeing with you more and more.

You've always been the biggest proponent of 'speed kills' around here, and in T2's case, I 'spect your doubly right.

This notion he is fated to be a one dimensional back I find odd...there are reasons Bill kept him on the roster - I think the kid is some talent.

Well I'm glad my geezing has had some positive effects! Yeah, I love fast skill players, but of course speed does need to be tempered with heart, strength, durability, power, and smarts. I'd certainly trade some speed for more durabilty now! Some, that is. ;)

Well, I think of you everytime I see Joey had a great day...it wasn't to be for him here since Tuna needed possession skills more than speed at the time, but I am happy for him...healthy and really opening up that O.

Too bad Griese got hurt, tho.

i dont think he will since parcells has gotten some good looks at
what he has backing him up . im betting they let him heal up 100%
before putting him back out there. as much as i would like him to play
thats what i think will happen.
and if we go as far as i hope we do this year it can only help all our
guys to get some experience under their belts.

I hope not, he needs another week, maybe even the week after going into the bye week.
Then he will be healed and well rested after the bye week.

The younger guys can do the job, I would like to see MBIII get more carries this game so that he can quiet the doubters, and show his stuff.
