Or even 50% of Garrett's offense?

Or, will he be allowed to bring in his own offense? Most OC's like to bring a few of their own assistants especially the OL coach. That doesn't appear it will happen in Dallas.

If the new OC is forced to run Garrett's offense, or even mesh his offense with Garrett's offense, I think we might be in for some frustrating times. Especially if Garrett is involved in the game plan or play calling.

Hopefully Jerry will give full autonomy to the new OC and allow him to run his own system without any interference from Garrett.
