Everybody who aren't Cowboys fans, even some Cowboys fans are in love with Patsies, rightly so, after all, they are unbeaten. However, I believe in this team and I believe if we meet in the SB, we can win it.

I think we can win as well but I do expect if the Cowboys and Pats meet Dallas will go in as the underdog. Frankly I like the role of the underdog.

I'd be so thrilled to make it to the super bowl this year, losing wouldn't bother me one bit.

This team has totally sucked for a decade...I just want to win a playoff game....winning two and making it to the SB would be enough for me.

That said, anything can happen in any game.

Unless we tighten up our pass defense-- we will take a hellacious beating.

Now you're the echo. We heard this all week GB week and it didn't happen because we were able to get pressure.

It would depend on how they lost though.

But like you said, I wouldn't be too mad about it.

You forgot #3... it must suck when their team lost to the Patriots and that when Spygate was revealed then McNabb asked if he could get his ring back.

So the fact that McNabb got tired in that game, and couldn't lead his team to the winning TD had nothing to do with them losing to the Pats.

I'm not buying the pass defense issue. This isn't the 1990's anymore, and Super Bowl teams don't have to be perfect in all aspects of the game.

I've seen the New England defense suck just as bad as ours did this past Sunday, and their team still winds up winning.

There won't be much defense when (if) New England and Dallas match up in the SB. It will come down to which team's offense can score the most points, and which QB makes fewer mistakes. The edge has to go to NE and Brady due to the fact that they have been there before, but you never know with a guy like Romo (who handles the spotlight very well).

If that is the case the offense must TONE down on the penalties, real or perceived by the Refs.

Not making excuses because they beat us fair and square, but penalties on offense killed us in that game.

I agree as well as on defense where we helped the convert some 3rd downs due to penalties. I think the bottom line is when facing a team like the Pats you better bring you A game, anything less and you will not win. I know some will accuse me of being a Pats fan and that is far from the truth but I do know a damn good football team when I see one and the Pats are damn good.

This I have to agree with. We had well over 100+ yards in penalties in that game, and this destroyed us. If we don't play disciplined, we have no shot.

My apologies, my comment was directed towards McNabb (even though I know he's not reading this).

If we meet NE in the SB, the key is stopping Welker. We don't really have an answer for that at this point.

Aaron Glenn would have been a great matchup for Welker IMO. I am very sorry we let him go.

You are going to have to let Newman play Welker in the slot and have Reeves and Henry on the outside to beat them IMO. I would leave Jones off the field and play Watkins in the dime that we will be playing most of the game if it happens.

Man, this is a tough call.

I saw Brady complete something like 5-6 straight passes to Welker against the Steelers in one drive. He is extremely quick and runs very crisp, disciplined routes.

When we played them, a couple of times it seemed like members in the secondary were confused on some of the coverages against him.

I will just defer to Wade Phillips on this one, that NE offense is extremely difficult to stop and there should be alot of sleepless nights if both teams make it to the Super Bowl.

That is why I liked Glenn to matchup with him because he is really a quick twitch kind of guy, low center of gravity and could stick with him. But it is what it is.

Welker/Brady would eat Aaron Glenn alive at this point in their respective careers.
