We have pleny of d-lineman....plenty of quality CBs.....maybe we play a little more nickel and dime until our guys get healthy. What do you guys think?

It's a good question. I don't really know how to respond. I think you'll set your normal set of nickel, and dime packages. Come game #1, everything will be normal.. you have all of your starters, just missing some back ups. It'll be interesting to see come game #1 who goes in our nickel package.. and who goes in our dime package. They're going to have to scoot some guys around. It'll make the final cut interesting.

The problem is most of our 4 man fronts include Burnett as a linebacker, so we'd still have to have a replacement in there.

For what it's worth, in Madden I find myself playing nickel a large percentage of the time.

so do I...I find it more vesatile....with our ability to stop the run....and the ability of our offense to score....teams are going to be throwing against us quite a bit. I think it is in our best interests to keep this personel group on the field a good percentage of the time.

Now December may be a different story if weather prohibits throwing the football much...but I expect to see a lot of our nickel defense early in the season
