I continue to plead with people to not be so irrational.

If he's made his decision to NOT return, he wouldn't be back to voluntary workouts, obviously.

If he's not yet made his decision whether to return, he ALSO wouldn't be participating in voluntary workouts... OBVIOUSLY.

I agree. Witten is weighing his option. He has not spoken to the media on this and of course he would be asked constantly if he was at the Star.
