I like Wolly. Don't always agree with him but I like him because he doesn't seem to pull any punches. He might be the biggest Cowboys fan of all the analysts and says what most of us are thinking.

To me he's by far the best guy on that station. Knows his stuff, knows the team, and isn't an arrogant blowhard with a fake tough-guy personality like too many on there.

Meh. This isn't the first time someone from the Fan has gotten mad and spoke the "truth." They all do it. Only once (last year) did one of them get in front of Jerry about it. They were pretty tough for all of a week after but then went right back to holding Jerry's jock like the ALL do on the fan. Sure they talk tough until Jerry's on the phone with them then they crumble. I stopped listening to the fan last year after the week Jerry got mad at them. Haven't listened since. Same. I stopped listening at the same time. All bark no bite. Wolchuk is right, but for meaningful changes to take place, the head clown, ie, ringmaster, carnival Barker, has to take major accountability and admit it. Otherwise it's wash rinse repeat. The local Dallas sports media are a bunch of clique seeking carnies anyway, just holding onto dear life to Jerry's hand so they don't lose team access. There are no real insiders in Dallas unless we include Ed Werder or Todd Archer. The latter is a huge lackey. Mike Fisher, the same . Ed might be the closest thing we can trust, and that's saying something.

Great speech but unfortunately I’ve heard this for the last three years now and nothing has changed structurally. Aside from Jerry and Co stepping back it’s not going to get better

Jerry has his Superbowl every year...being number 1 in advertising revenue and marketing the team to keep them at the top...does barely enough to make the team decent and keep fans in
interested so they keep spending...its working perfect...create an issue with Parsons, headlines, trade Parsons, headlines, team makes a big trade, headlines...Cowboys are talked about all over the place...the more he can get selling advertisements...same thing year after year...and what worked perfect this year, he made the trade, we went on a winning streak beat the Super Bowl winner, beat the runner up then got our butts handed to us...perfect setting for Jerry...We had hope for three games...and we came crashing down...realizing this team isn't any better than before the trade...so so so embarrassing....it felt so much better...and then we got our butts kicked and well....back to square one....

I think cap wise this is the most $$ they have been able to spend in probably ever.
