Ben Roethlisberger-QB- Steelers Mar. 25 - 2:19 pm et

Updating a previous item, the woman accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault has reportedly scheduled to be re-interviewed by police after all.

"Our client is cooperating fully with law enforcement in this matter," said the woman's attorneys, emphasizing that their cooperation is to correct recent "misstatements" from the media. According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the alleged victim had a blood alcohol level of over 0.20 percent at the time of the incident. Further complicating matters is that security videos aren't available because the footage was recorded over with new footage.

As explained in a bonus PFT Daily segment that we'll be posting when it's ready even though it's now possibly moot (that should drive the views through the roof), it makes no sense for the alleged victim in the latest Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault case to lawyer up -- and then to clam up.

Apparently, she might not be clamming up, after all.

Our friends at TMZ report that the alleged victim is scheduled to be re-interviewed by authorities. KDKA-TV recently reported that the alleged victim had failed to cooperate in this regard since talking to authorities on the evening of the alleged incident.

The alleged victim's lawyers tell TMZ that they have chosen to speak out in order to correct "recent misstatements in the media." Said the lawyers, "Our client is cooperating fully with law enforcement in this matter. Future interviews have been scheduled and our client will attend."

The lawyers didn't say when the interview will occur. So stay tuned
