I live in LA so I only saw a feed, but Moore looked way better in this game than last time. Much better than his stat line.

Brown had some good plays but also fumbled a ball without being touched, I still think he is the perfect practice squad guy.

Coopers vision, quick release and accuracy is far beyond what a rookie Free Agent usually displays.

I think Gathers clearly has a spot on the 53 man roster, the question is whether you make him active or not. They kept Lucky Whitehead last year for returns and that gimicky Jet Sweep, I would love to see them give those plays to Gathers. Put him in the slot for red zone plays where he is isolated on a LB that is six inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter than he is. No one has touched that this preseason.

I think he is the running for a spot on the 53, though I still think Moore is the backup. Moore isn't starting from scratch, the last time he had a start in an NFL game he had 435 yards passing.

Then again, I wonder if Rush made a big push whether you could cut Moore and sign him as an Assistant Coach. Then if Prescott got hurt you could sign him back to the active roster.

Rico can certainly play at this level, and it's nice that a TE actually has some moves after the catch (Sorry Witten)

His fumble made me laugh though, it was pretty bad.

I absolutely agree with you. Rush looked poised, sharp and led a beautiful first drive to score. He made it look easy as compared to Moore who just looked awkward and slow. Hoping we keep Rush because he certainly made a case for a spot.

Moore was held almost every rush from the RT and was never called. I think he has finally settled down and matured which would be huge for us.

That being said I don't think Noah Brown makes it to the practice squad. He is better then Amendola was and he was taken. If Brown continues to make plays like tonight we keep 6 receivers.

By the way I'm not to upset at the fumble. I should be but for some reason it seemed he got excited since most passes guys were catching they were immediately hit and he found himself running free. He recovered it but hopefully he learned from his mistake........earlier in the game thread I even mentioned something about the way he carried the ball and later he fumbled

That should happen. Moore cannot throw the entire route tree even though he could probably recite it backwards. Kellen would be on the streets if it wasn't for Linehan.
