I don't understand how you can throw it that far off. It's not like they spring this First Pitch on Opening Day on these guys. I'm not saying I have the greatest arm... but if I didn't think I could get the ball in the guy's glove, I'd at least practice beforehand. It's painfully obvious that guy hasn't thrown a ball EVER! How could you agree to throw out the first pitch and do that, unless you just wanted to embarrass yourself.

I thought that was funny as well.

The video itself just cracks me up from several different angles... if you notice, the pitch actually hits the umpire, who then "ejects" the Mayor from the game. Also the reactions of Eric Davis and the Mayor are hilarious.
