Would you be for Dallas going all in the 2014 Draft?

I'm talking like Minnesota did having 3 picks in the first round. We already have our one that will be late teen's or early twenty. Trade our 2nd and 3rd for a mid teens 1st round pick. And package our 4th, 5th and Spencer. Would you be for or against it? And What positions would you target with 3 first round picks?

Just dont think its a smart move for Dallas. We need depth at several positions first & foremost and with the cap situation coming up these next couple of years, we need to build through the draft...

but that would be building via the draft and we're not mortgaging our future all of the trades would be in one draft. Nothing would be coming from the 2015 draft at all. Plus getting rid of Spencer or a potential extension on a 30 year old Jason Hathcer

BTW, a 2nd and 3rd will not get you a mid 1st rounder. Maybe a late 1st rounder and a 3rd...maybe.

It would be fun to have 3 1st rounder though.
I think Cleveland and St Louis already have two, so they have a better chance of pulling this off.

I'd keep what we have, trade Dez for a 1st and Ware for a 3rd or 4th. But this would be very difficult to do I'd think. Bottom line is that nothing is going to change until Jerry changes. And that ain't happening for 10-15 years according to him.

Why do so many people want to trade Dez. I will never understand that. Trade him fora first round pick, then have to us a frist round pick and hope he has Dez talent.

Dez is a freakish talent no doubt. But I've learned over the years that a Zebra never loses his stripes. I think it's just a matter of time before he goes ghetto again. I really hope I'm wrong.

The majority of the player in the NFL are ghetto. As long as he's not a criminal then ghetto is ok with me.

TO wasn't criminal while with the Cowboys, but he sure was a cancer in the locker room. Not saying Dez is anything like that, but he's showing potential. I don't want to turn this into a Dez this or Dez that thread. Just an explanation to your question of why folks would want to trade him. It's just my opinion. That and a few bucks will buy you a cup of coffee.

I agree that players like that can cause issues in the locker room over time and im not saying Dez is or is not that type of player. But we are talking about the Cowboys here, and they won 3 SB with players far more "ghetto" than Dez in the 1990's. The difference is strong leadership. Not from a player either. From the coaches and front office. We havent had that since Jimmy

That's a great point. It's funny how everything always comes back to Jerry. I really like Jerry Jones as a person. He's a great owner and really cares about the players. He just takes that part too far and of course shouldn't have anything to do with GM duties no matter how he spins it.

No way. We need all the draft picks we can get. Our first 3 picks need to be ALL O-Line or D-Line unless we take a Safety in the 1st, which I highly doubt.

So you're against trading picks 2-6 away but trading our best WR and Ware away? How is this better?
