Harbaugh has over a 60% career winning percentage and has the name recognition and a Super Bowl. While Schotty hasn't made the playoffs yet as a head coach. I think most fan bases would take Harbaugh over Schotty sans the Ravens fans who have been wanting to get rid of him for a while.

I will say when you look at Harbaugh him and Mike McCarthy are in many respects mirroring coaches. Long time coaches, good regular season winning %, 1 super Bowl, and recently limited playoff success. At some point you question if they still got it to get their teams over the hump.

What did Matt Nagy do in Chicago ? I’m underwhelmed by that choice of OC . Meanwhile the Rams go out and get Kingsbury as OC . Like that move .

With any kind of defense couldn’t this Dallas rookie HC have had 10 wins and a playoff shot I say yes . Give Schott 18 yrs like Harbaugh in Baltimore he should grab hopefully more than one SB win .

Harbaugh didn’t control the Ravens personnel. Eric Decosta makes the player personnel decisions. If he has control of the Giants personnel it’s the first time he has ever had that type of power. It’s hard to say if that is a good thing. By the way Baltimore fans wanted Harbaugh gone years ago.
