I know the trading deadline is over and its only hypathetical but would you trade

Elliott and Jaylon for Myles Jack and Ramsey

I know I wanted those 2 and look at the difference each is making. The kind of difference makers at exactly the same positions that we need

Heres a little quote from Telvin Smith: Myles Jack and I are the best duo in the league

Opposed to most people i dont like our 2016 draft.

How often do you get a top 5 pick in a franchise's life ? Not naming the Browns its maybe all 10-15 years. And we spend this pick on a RB.

Not that Elliot is not good but with a top 5 pick you are trying to get your franchise QB. Instead we played poker at the most critical position in the game.

Back to your question. No i would not. I never would have picked Elliot. We should have traded up and taken Goff or Wentz.

And i know about the sitiuation we were in with Romo. Another mistake our FO did. Evaluating a QB who is psysically "finished" to be able to play 3 or 4 more years is not the way you build a successfull team.

No chance in the world I make that trade.
Add Ramsey to this team and it changes nothing...nothing..
Myles Jack isn’t anything. The dude was so bad as MLB they demoted him and put a long time JAG as starter. He had to moved or OLB to get on the field.

Zeke may be the best non QB in the game. He impacts the game in way even casual fans should be able to see now. He opens up so much in the passing game by having a threat of his level behind the QB.
How can real football fans not be able to see what’s obvious by now...

Would you trade cents for dollars? Who's going to make that offer? The question lacks objectivity in that no one's making the offer so what's the point? It's easy to wish underperformers could be traded with the advantage of hindsight.

I guess I am alone here but...

The ONLY positive I can take from these last 5 days is Jaylon. Yes, he still gets lost out there and no, he is not a consistent player BUT...I have seen several instances where he has popped off the screen a bit. I also noticed he has been taking better angles and has made several impressive solo tackles.

I agree he has looked awful at times but I don’t know why so many choose to hold him to an even higher standard than a rookie player. The guy can and will improve.

Again, Jack is a SAM. They tried him at MLB and they moved him to SAM because he was struggling.

So if people think if they got Jack and it would solve our MLB problem that might not be true.

But I do love Ramsey.

right now, no, no reason to. Can it help our team right now, no it seems we need Zeke and Lee to make the team go. Our coach and scouting needs to have a flame thrower taken to them. We cant get rid of the King infestation, or the no sack to follow, so the only thing we can hope for is a strong coach who can get away with stuff long enough to win and hopefully keep the jones at bay. If we are lucky.
