Would you want Jordan Howard?

Could he be a work horse for us like murray was. He runs tough and with leverage, defenses will be scared of him behind our line. He won't cost a real high pick, but could really produce. He could share some carries this year. He can easily be a steal. Would you want him?

Yes.
Barring the fact if Elliott ,Henry or Collins is already selected by the Cowboys.

I havent heard one former back say Henry was going to be great. I think that says alot. Ive heard 3 former backs hesitate wjen speaking about him. Bettis, jones drew, and hodge all said what i see on tape. Im done talking about henry until the draft though. My thoughts are known on that guy.

No to Elliot without a trade down and HELL NO to Henry. Howard? Not before our 4th rd picks (toss up between which 4th rd pick considering what trash we picked up in rds 1-3).

Saw him in one game and thought he was outstanding. Watched a few others and he was far less impressed. Don't really know what I get with him, so I'd rather go with a surer thing.

Damn right he is. Most sheeple on here don't know that though. Typical.

If you think this guy is better than Collins and Henry not only are you a sheep but you also have no basis in reality. Glad you are not a scout for my Dallas Cowboys.

I'm on record liking Howard a lot here's why. Value I think he's a third round guy that drops to 4th or poss 5th round. Good size excellent lower body build but has injury concerns however I think lower body build is a positive for future injury risk. Doesn't interview well. Doesn't have great speed conflicting reports of pro day 40 time on film looks like a solid 4.55-4.6 guy. Great fit for us one cut down hill guy. Brings a load, Marion Barber type. Poor hands but good ball security.

Trent Richardson ran for 1700 yards and 21 TDs his last year at Bama. How'd he do in the NFL?

The Bama boost is hilarious around here. Once in a blue moon a Bama player actually lives up to expectation. Henry won't be that guy who lives up to his hype.

Wouldn't a sheep go with the crowd? Everybody thinks henry is the second best back media wise

You can't compare one player to another. If you do that it eliminates everyone

Huh?

You just CLEARLY said that overrated players don't put up the numbers Henry did. Well Richardson put up whopping numbers his last year at Alabama and was apparently overrated because he was not a good NFL player.

Simply refuting what you just said. In fact, there are players that put up big numbers in college that are/were clearly overrated.

You swung and you missed.
When you responded with a "huh" it told me right off the bat you didn't understand the topic at hand.
Richardson is Richardson
Henry is Henry

I guess since Jeff George wad a bust then we will never have a QB drafted from Illinois.
