Detroit was greedy. I would have done that deal in a second.

They didn't know what player was involved, they just threw out Witten as a "What if". Jerry Jones said it was a significant player on our team but JJ wouldn't say who.

Jerry said it was a real wow deal involving one of our top players, but that's amazing.

Of course, many will now slit their wrists because we didn't get an exciting position, regardless of whether it would have been best for the team or not.

Yep. SD turned it down. It was on NFL radio about an hour ago.
