I keep going back to what Jerra said multiple times: Our coaching staff is in place.


He emphasized that. He seemed to be emphasizing that to not say Wade will not be fired. Or has he indeed said that?

Did Jerra know something in advance of Shanahan's demise?
Did he go to the "coaching staff is in place" phrasing to stave off direct assertions as to Wade's job security.

I think Jerra is a bit more savvy than he appears to be right now.
To hand this talented but undiciplined to the Clown Wade Phillips AGAIN, is madness.

Admit it. It does not make sense to keep this hapless coaching staff in place.
Talk among yourselves and admit that Jerra and the Dallas Cowboys and their fans deserve much, much better.
