Yesterday, they played like the early 90's

It looked to me, that the team looked very much like the team of the 90's. They used the pass to set up the run. Everyone seems to think that the teams from the SB era were fueled by Emmitt's legs. I think they were fueled by Troy and Michael. They always used the pass to soften things up, and then Emmitt would gash them well into the 2nd half and ice the game.

With Bledsoe, this team can do the same. The script was identical to the old teams. Bledose lit things up in the first half, and the running game iced it away. And if Julius didn't ding up his ankle, he would have rushed for over 150 yards. Looks like the team has found a good formula. Hopefully, BP will continue it, and they can execute like they did yesterday.

Great win! Now let's see the team build off it!

Good point. Emmit's biggest gainer was usually the standard "lead draw" play. Of course, if teams don't respect the pass, the draw never works.
