All these people who are saying we should go D-line over safety & o-line in the draft are crazy. Your telling me a line consisting of Dware, Hatcher, Ratliff, & Spencer is in more need of a player than Saftey?, Where we have a decent player in Church coming off a bad injury, and Matt Johnson who is also coming off an injury & hasn't shown ANYTHING. I'm all for drafting d-line after we can get a guard & safety that can start.

I just dont see how DT could be a greater need than safety & o-line this year? I think Ratliff & Hatcher will fit & play better in the 4-3. I can see us going Dline first in next years draft but I dont see the reason for it this year..

Atleast there are guys on the D-line who can play NOW. Who the hell is gonna play safety for us? It not like were "ageing" at safety, because we have NO ONE besides maybe church who can play safety. & dont even get me started with our O-line... our safties are injury prone? Aren't they both coming off injures? Didn't bernadeu just have another surgery? Im not saying we dont need more defensive line men but in terms of "need" we have no one to play FS & we desperately need an upgrade at guard or tackle.

Yea we've really "invested" in our secondary in years past when we draft 1 DB in round 1-3 since 2004 excluding last years draft. & that player was mike Jenkins. We drafted a total of 10 o-line/d-lineman since then in the first 3 rounds. Yeah, we really "invested" in our secondary.. We need a safety. Its not like were trying to upgrade, we actully NEED a safety. We have noone proven who can play. Lol you are delusional

Im totally fine with that. Im not saying we should go safety first round because like I said, o-line is a bigger issue than any other position on this team. I just want someone who can play the position & be decent. I'd be happy if we signed a vet safety & went oline first round. Il be good with either warmack, cooper, or fluker.
