there are some things we know are going to happen pretty much every game from here on out:

TO will drop some balls

We will get a few O line penalties, some aggressive penalties will happen on defense, a PI or two

Witten or Fasano will get one penalty combined every game

Barber is going to run hard and gain alot of extra yards

JJ will hit some holes when they are there and have the chance to hit the homerun

TO when open is going to gain heavy yardage, if he holds onto the ball

ROMO is going to open things up for us with his savy...and he will light defenses up

Glenn is going to be injured whether he plays or not all the way to the end of the year

Newman is going to shut receivers down

Davis or Watkins are going to get beat a few times a game

Roy is going to misjudge a ball or two every game

Henry is going to get beat a few times a game

our defense should hold up against the run..

having said all of this and I dont think I was reaching on any of that ...because it's all happened in every game this year except in Romo's case...

I heard a man say, when outnumbered always go for the opponent's weakness and debilitate that, if you can do that with your strength harder and longer than the other team can take it, you may win the war....even though they are much stronger

We have to use our strengths that expose their weakenesses..we know payton is the man,,,if he spreads us out we are through...we dont have a great passrush but we have a few good passrushers left...we need to just set Ware up to bring pressure all day sunday...him and hatcher if he is in there...Ratliff...burnett if he is in there in the 3-4...they are the ones who can get to the QB...if we can get them loose we can bring the heat...if we can't we are probably in pretty bad shape...and if I was BP I would get Roy in there as much as I can, i know there is a dime package where roy lines up at OLB...we need to use that...get one of the corners playing deep...reeves..they wont be any worse than ROY...

On offense and this is the only way we are winning this game..we have to win the TOP....just run the ball down their throats all game...we have to put together 10+ minute drives...get Payton to get ancy on the sidelines...this way when he does get in the game he may press and make a mistake...if there is pressure it could cause this..gotta have the TOP...40 to 20 IMO...that would win it...if I am BP TO is only used when needed, we dont need to get in a shootout here...walk the ball up the floor and use the whole clock, in basketball terms...

gotta have some turnovers...what better place than on special teams...to win this game we need one or two of them...

If we slow the ball down get the TOP way in our favor, put enough pressure on Manning, meaning Ware rushes from some place on the field on most every play...and if we get a special teams turnover, we can win this game...this is the only way its going to happen IMO unless some freak things go on in this game that usually dont...we have to get up 14 and just run it down their throats...

Roy cant cover anyway, might as well just let him rush Peyton and hit Addai and Rhodes all day

I think we just have to play tough cover 2 keep them below 28 and get the ball last. I know we can put up four and a fg against them, can we hold them to 28?

Indy is ripe for the picking, but we have proven we get tight in big games. This weekend is time to step up and beat somebody and not just anybody.

Screw 10 minute drives that still leaves 5 minutes for Peyton to score.

Look, I agree we can attack the weakness on the Colts D, but their offense has no holes. They have the best O-line in football, one of the best recieving duo's, a great tight end, and of course the best QB in football. Forgot to mention Addai who looks like a copy of the edge in his prime. They are awesome, and we can only hope they have an off night.

As a complete QB I will go with Brady.

As a pure passer, good decision making QB - its Marino/Manning... but they are missing the Joe Cool aspect of QB'ing

They don't have any weaknesses? I would say they are nearly flawless, but if Buffalo holds them to 17, and they only beat New England because of 4 Brady picks, I think they are beatable.

Addai is good, but he's not a copy of Edge in his prime. We've been pretty good at shutting down the run with our front 7. That allows us to keep our safeties deep against the pass.

:bang2:

This makes no sense in one sentence you say Roy should just rush the passer because he cant cover (false BTW)

and then in the very next sentence you say we should play cover 2, which means Roy sits back in coverage on one side of the field.

Which is it?
