You can see Ceedee ask Cooper for the play on TV

I posted this yesterday from my own video. He mouths out, "Let me get this touchdown."

 

Lol, that's hilarious. Zeke definitely started to laugh. They broke the huddle and there were probably about 5 guys laughing as they went to line up. I imagine that's the moment Minnesota knew they were screwed.

 

thanks for sharing, and great to see Cooper show confidence and leadership. Lambs turns will come but this one was all Coop and he came up gigantic on that last drive.

I really think Lamb just knew Coop was hurting.

 

Reading the tweet, I take it that he might have partly been asking Coop if he felt good enough, after being on the sideline working on his leg.

 

They all know Coop is hurting, but they all seen him play right through it. Dak was talking about it last week if I heard him right. He was talking about playing through pain and jokingly said something like "I'm not Amari Cooper," but I'll do my best.

My personal opinion, CD just wanted to make a play, because that's who he is. We got a bunch of guys that want the ball in crunch time.

 

It's probably at least partially this, but Coop had just sat out a few plays, working on his leg, so there may have been some genuine concern as well.

Agree, but I think CeeDee lamb thought Amari was hurt. The great teammate so I’m sure you agree

 

Exactly the way I took it,

 

No offense, buy if a player is on the field, he wants to make the play.....pain doesn't matter

But seeing as Coop is a team player, the win would be more important to him, so if he felt Lamb would be a safer bet, he might've said so.

 

CC was saying he dropped in the draft, I believe.

As was shown by the fact that he declined, but it was nice of CeeDee to offer.
