Any suggestions? Thanks!

Turning the Thing Around by Jimmy Johnson a good read as well.

I also liked the anecdotal stories of the old Cowboys in Bayless' "God's Coach," although I think Bayless tried way to hard to take Landry down a notch. If you can get past that, there's some crazy stories and great history in that.
Oh, and Hos, thanks for the plug.

There apparently are a few floating around out there (mostly used). It's paperback and was published in 1994 or 1995 (can't exactly remember). Just a collection of testimonies by 20 former Cowboy coaches and players.
