Assuming Clark leaves, we swapped a 2nd for a 1st and lost one year of youth (and a bunch of talent).

Being honest though, thats a fairly decent list of D line and serviceable LB (assuming Overshown can stay healthy which is a legit concern)

Secondary is still a big liability

The wild card is how much (if any) having a better D line helps the secondary.

Eberflus has never in his entire time as a DC or HC, put an elite defense on the field. Most of his defenses have actually been decidedly mediocre.

So even if Jerry is trying to "fix" the defense here, he'll half *** it like he does with everything else.
