Over the last few weeks I have had this strong feeling about our 2009 season, I don't know how it started or where it came from. I am going to go out on a limb and predict that in the 2009 season the Dallas Cowboys will sweep the season series vs the New York Giants and NO there will not be a 3rd encounter come the playoffs and it is NOT because we wont be playing come the post season. With that being said what is your out on a limb prediction for the 2009 season? It can be anything, from stats to awards to other personal or team achievements.

RW11 will lead the NFC in touchdown receptions

Felix Jones will lead the NFL in KO return touchdowns - 4 TD's

Marty B will be neck and neck with Witten on passes caught and yardage...this kid is a monster that is going to make a big difference this season.

One more thing....Bobby Carpenter will be a big contributor on defense and the Bust Label will go away....

I know that is a real long shot but I would like to see him come around considering we spent a 1st round pick on him...this is the year for him...(seems like every year)..or he is kicked to the curb.

1) Tashard Choice will not get nearly as many carries as everyone here is envisioning. If Marion and Felix stay healthy, Choice won't top 64 carries (4 per game) and many of those will come in garbage time. The "3-headed RB monster" thing sounds good in theory, but the reality is that Marion and Felix (especially Marion) will need many carries to get into the flow of a game. There's just not much room for Choice to get his touches, not to mention the fact that we're paying Barber like he's an elite RB and spent a #1 on Felix.

2) Keith Davis makes his way back to Dallas after Oakland cuts him, just like he did after Miami cut him last year. Of course, that will happen only if our special teams coverage units struggle throughout training camp.

3) Orlando Scandrick will (again) outperform Mike Jenkins, but both players will be much improved.

One of our rookies will be in the running for rookie of the year and at some point a key vet will be benched.

1) Patrick Crayton will talk about how the the Giants secondary can not contain him.

2) Romo will throw at least 20 picks and lead the league in fumbles.

3) Pacman will be back.

4) Desean Jackson will have 2 100 yard games against our secondary.

5) Demarcus will have 20 sacks.

6) Witten will lead the league in receptions but his YPC will drop significantly.

7) TC might get 3 carries a game.

8) Bobby Carpenter will miss at least 12 special team tackles and jump on 32 piles on kickoff/punt coverage in an attempt to get on the stat sheet.

9) LG will still be a problem.

10) Jerry will charge 1$ a straw.

the fans will stop being so whiney and just enjoy the season as fans and not as Armchair coaches and GMs who know better.

Miles Austin will have a big year.

Relative to what? 50 catches for 750 yards and 6TDs? I don't think he will have a 1,000 yard season if that is what you're saying, but I can always hope.

My long-shots:
1. Tashard Choice will rush for over 1,000 yrds.
2. John Kitna will start and win 3 games.
