That flag was an absolute joke.

a non flag on a PI call that went our way was a joke too.

balance. they do come around sooner or later, yet some only see 1/2 the story.

Like that commercial. "We totally blew that call. wasn't even close but we will call something on the other team in the second half to even it out."

If the QB gets up not hurt, or not hit helmet to helmet how can it be roughing the passer??? If Johnson slows down to soften the hit and Moore gets loose and makes the completion for a TD then what??? All round bad call...

It was a clean good legal hit but as the above posters noted, it was time for a make up call.

Looked like the helmet got him under the chin to me. But then it sure looked like Barber was the victim of the same kind of hit.

Some calls went against teams each way tonight. This one shouldn't have been called IMO.

Looked like Tank drilled him in the chest. Watched it twice and it still looks like a dud call. At least D-Ware didn't get any funny false start penalties tonight. I guess calling that Tank hit helmet to helmet brings teh zeebahs up to the penalty calling minimum requirements.

How do you "rough the passer" if he still has the ball?

I don't get that at all.

Wow. I got no sympathy at the sportsbar for calling that an absolute horse-s call. Glad to see I'm vindicated. The NFL needs to dial it back on the knee-jerk flags every time a play looks too scary or violent. Pathetic.

Plain and simple: It was just a legal rough hit that struck the zebras wrong.

Gotta love Bryant Gumbel hyping it up even more when he said, "Its good to see Moore get up" .
Two big differences between the hit Moore took, and the hit Barber took...

1. Barber did not see the defender coming.

2. Barber did not have the ball in his hands.

Did I ever say that the non call for PI was the right call. No I didnt. That doesnt change the fact that the call on Tank was BS. Great play and great hit by Tank.

Dont assume that because I think it was a bad call that I only "see 1/2 of the story"
