Anybody know the meaning of Martin's hip thrusts in the huddle before they line up in victory formation??

I have a few entertaining ideas of what it might mean, but wondered it someone actually knew?

I think it's hilarious! He did it in San Fran last week and did it again yesterday.

You can really tell how much fun these guys are having out there with each other.

I thought he was hip thrusting the DT?

My guess is that it's because it occurs once per game versus after every other run. With that said, I'm not overly bothered by Zeke's feed me gesture although just like anything else, most things are best in moderation.

I think after he did it last week, his teammates wanted him to do it again. Love the grins on everyone's faces.
I can see that. Nothing makes me happier than having a really large man thrust his hips in my direction. Makes me want to bond with my team mates that much more. I'm JK. But I do like that celebration better than Zeke's feed me. Zach's celebration is getting everyone fired up, Zeke's celebration is starting to get annoying. He needs to pick his spots. If Zach pumped his hips after every play then that could be kind of distracting. The fact he does it maybe once or twice a game makes it funny, but after every play it would be kind of stupid. Zeke's feed me is getting stupid cuz he does it so much. Like maybe 4 or 5 times a game when he gets a crucial first down or a TD. But not after ordinary runs. Just IMHO. But I'm more than happy to see Zeke do the feed me if he continues to produce. it doesn't bother me that much.

To me, its not about a celebration..I have no big problem with that. Its the feed me gesture itself...there is something about that gesture that leaves me cold. Otherwise.....

Because it is a boring old linemen doing it and not a flashy skill player that half the board did not want to take?

Right?

Right?

Wrong

Wrong

Wrong

Wrong

It's because one person does it a the end of the game going into a victory huddle...One does it after multiple plays.

Personally it does not bother me but as I have seen Emmitt showboating back in the day to the point they created an Emmitt rule about taking the helmet off.
I have also seen the Playmaker doing the first down signal in a much more commanding way than Zeke or the current members on the team.

Also...;plenty of people wanted to Take Z. Martin over flashy cashy JM...and I know because I was one of them.
