As an avid 76ers fan...these videos are starting to become the annual Ben Simmons shooting all over the gym offseason vids.

I don’t think Zeke is an elite back anymore but he played well prior to his injury at the early part of the season. Hopefully, he can return to that form. That said, Pollard should get more touches.

If Moore fails at doing this again he should get booted.

    Hey Ken !!!!
We have bumped heads quite a bit on this forum, but been a 76er fan since 1977.
    Loved watching Dr. J play.
Hope they can figure out whats wrong.
Hoping Doc goes to the Lakers, what do you think ?

Zeke is 3 yards and a cloud of dust. His body is toasted. He is still a hell of a blocker but not much left.

Not trying to be mean, but shouldn't all the players be working out?
I mean these guys are making big bucks, they should be doing their part to earn the money by staying in shape.

I am not sure the point of this is to PROVE a player is working out. I think it's just showing a player working out.

I happen to agree with you. As a professional athlete..during the off season...man you better be working it hard!

Yep a weird combination I agree!
Grew up in North Florida in the 70's and there were no local pro teams.
So the Boys and 76s were on TV a lot and started following both of them.

You mean the guy who always put himself ahead of the team, gets suspensions, holds out for insane money super early, gets his bags of cash then has his YPC and YPR drop off the face of the earth? I am suppose to cheer for that and support that? Surely you are his mommy.

Nope, not his mother, don't be silly.
You do bring up some valid points.
And those points are why he's not my favorite player.
But I would not call any person a POS, especially not a Cowboys player.
But I respect your right to post your opinion, I was just surprised/disappointed.

...at least have 2 people with dummy bags to give him counter activity. More realistic situation.

Another been there- done that like program - last with Skip Hicks program last year.

Maybe Zeke should've been better working with Michael Johnson's Track Field program to regain his agility and burst ?

Good to see Zeke out there working out and healthy. Before the injury he was 4.5 a carry in September and 5.3 in October. He sustains an injury with a torn PCL and his avg drops into the 3's. I wish I could say injury don't matter but they do and it will have a negative effect on a players ability. Right now he in healthy once again hope he can stay that way
