49ers looking to trade WR Deebo Samuel

Interesting one year left on his deal you probably wouldn't have to give up an awful lot.

Just turned 29 last month. Google says he makes $23,850,000/year - 3 year contract for $71,550,000 with $24,035,000 signing bonus & $41,000,000 gauranteed.

Dude hasn’t broken 900 years in the last 3 years…not sure he really moves the needle.

It's been several years since Deebo has been a game changer. Kind of reminds me of OBJ during his decline, where we were more interested in the name based on past accomplishments than recent on the field results.

Don't get me wrong he still carries value as complimentary receiver, but it's just not a name to get as excited about anymore.

Assuming he stays healthy, he would be a good 3rd option for us.

In that offense only so many footballs to go around
Valid…but he also plays with arguably the best OC in football.

I don’t see him as a WR that can beat 1:1s consistently without scheme…hard pass.

WE are talking about a #2 receiver here. If you like Burden with Lamb, why not Deebo. Yac monster, rusher and strong run blocker. Biggest issue I have with Deebo is that his style gets him hurt often.
