    Are we sure ozzie offered JG the job, or did he just interview him? I only ask because an article I read earlier this week made it seem as though he chose Harbaugh over JG.

    He was offered the job outright, and turned it down to stay our OC.

    But, hey, it earned him some fan loyalty, at least.

    If I were an NFL owner I would offer Ozzie an ownership stake.

    The way he run the Ravens since the moved to Baltimore is the "model way" to run a franchise. That franchise has such an identity that you can bring in a coach from another organization and still be a consistant contender

    In a manner of speaking, I suppose so. I believe it would be more accurate to say that we are not providing the kind of atmosphere that would but him in the best position to succeed. I also believe that you have to be able to learn from your mistakes and I don't really believe that happens with Garrett in Dallas.
